There is not much strictness in India, just bring the money, and bribe
wherever you get the problem.(bribe should be $1 to $2 for Indian) I want
to give some advice. Travel along the Corners of India. Most of the good
place is at corners of India. Kerela, Goa, Mumbai, Laddakh, darjeeling,
meghalaya, all are in the corners. But don’t miss Taj mahal and Khajuraho
Temples in India which is in middle. Kerela or south India is best place to
    start.

@rezdechausee thanks and great you have traveled to India so much. Did you
find different parts of India to be culturally similar? Any peculiar
etiquette/cultural norms you observed that you think would be helpful for
    future visitors to India?

Can I just say that if you are going out of the Delhi airport, try to have
your boarding pass printed out before hand if possible. When I was going
back home from a trip to India we didn’t do this and had to deal with
unhelpful customer service desk workers, angry police and looking through
logs of all the travelers going to my destination to find proof that I was
going home just to get into the airport. Save the energy/ time and just
spend the extra money if you have to to print out a ticket.

great advice for newbies to India-you forget-dont walk around with food in
your hands or visible anywhere on you, especially after going to the subzi
bazaar -unless you want to be attacked by monkeys!lol

If your Black American don’t go to India. There racist as fuck towards
Black Americans. I not black but I have a black friend who is not rich but
pretty-well off. He’s been to India a few times. He liked India but he
didn’t really have nice things to say about some of the people. According
to him they are very blunt about how they feel about African Americans.
He’s a straight laced kid, he’s not one for causing trouble;with that being
said, I kind of believe him.

Very good one Alex, I do agree with your tips for my Nation, but don’t you
think that your tips are ‘universal tips’ ? Do you think there is any
country, where these tips are useless, and without behaving in that way,
you may be that safe and comfortable at your hygiene and finances ? Just
    debating, not criticizing…!!
